Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please expect 2-3 weeks for processing and production. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order is being processed. Please note, due to supply chain crunch, order processing time could be longer than usual. 

Shipping Notification

Once your order was shipped, you shall receive a second email with your tracking information. You can also log in to to see the status of your order. Fulfilled orders should show "Fullfilled" in Fullfillment Status. Clicking into the order will show the tracking information for each item on the order.


Your carrier will contact you once your shipment arrives at your local hub to schedule a delivery date.

1) Visible Damage:
It Is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY To Note Any Damage On All Copies Of The Freight Bill And It Must Be Signed By The Delivery Person
2) Concealed Damage:
A. Keep Carton & Packing Material
B. Call Carrier Within 72 Hours Of Delivery & Request An Inspection
C. Do Not Remove Item From Premises Before Inspection Is Made
D. Retain A Copy Of The Inspection Report
3) For any warranty issue, please go to Warranty Claim on Fill in your claim information (receipt copy, pictures of damages and contact info). We shall process your claim within 72 hours.
