Warranty Handling Procedures
Step 1. Complete warranty page on our website. This would include key items as invoice, pictures and brief description of issue. Link below
Step 2. The system will automatically reply that there form was submitted to Summerset.
Step 3. Form will be reviewed by Summerset within 48 hrs (in most cases) and if additional information is required our staff will reach out to dealer/customer for more information.
Step 4. Once approved or resolved Summerset will email Dealer/Customer status and inform them of ETA.
Step 5. Once the order has been completed and shipped (if required) tracking will be sent.
